All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods, launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
UK Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping options within the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delays may occur due to courier services, customs processing, or factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
